CFD Telecom, Inc. provides technical support related to
installation, maintenance or technical issues with the equipment
supported by our company. Issues are classified as level 1 and 2.
Level 1 involves part replacements.
Level 2 involves software programming at the installer level:
Features operation, upgrades, backup & restore.

Written reports are provided for every solutions and tasks.

Explanatory Note:

CFD Telecom, Inc. does not contemplate as part of the installation, maintenance or technical issues resolution, problems caused by other sources such as prior technicians from other companies and/or customer intervention in which manufacturer software corruption is determined. These type of issues are to be referred to the equipment manufacturer which possesses level 3 of technical support.
Level 3 involves problem resolution of proprietary software issues at the manufacturer side:
Software debug, patches, software up issues.
